Chili (crock pot style)



This is one of my favorite recipes and it's so easy to make.

Ingredients:
2 lb lean ground beef
1 med onion chopped
1 C celery
1/2 C green pepper, chopped
1/2 C red pepper, chopped
1- 6oz can tomato paste
4 garlic cloves, minced
1t salt
1t cumin
2t chili powder
1t ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 t black pepper
1-28 oz can whole tomato, undrained & cut up
2- 15.5 oz can kidney bean, drained & rinsed

1) large skilled, cook and drain beef and onion
2) combine beef, onion, and remaining ingredients, mix well
3) cover and cook in slow cooker on high for 3-4 hours
